Friday. It's here each and every week. With my battery running in the red I am trying to finish this quickly but make it for a good read. Final step is this intro. Looking out the window here in Wisconsin at my brother house knowing the crisp air is out there. Today is moving day for my dad. Over 50years in the same house he collected some crazy items. Some of mine so its a walk down memory lane. Old sponsors, new bike parts still in the box, and just some junk that I have to let go of. Same with my dad. Ran across a bike I forgot I had and will be restoring. Funny and wild what you hang onto. For some reason it is saved with intentions of using or something on a later date. Or just transport it to a new location to store it for another 50 years...We all save stuff for some reason or another. We might not know why or for how long we need to save stuff. But memory lane is pretty cool if you ask me. And no regrets for throwing stuff away and also saving it. This is what we do as humans. Stuff. More stuff. Hopefully its good stuff. I am moving forward this year as my resolution was to "Have Less Stuff". Now you know what I am doing this year. Have a good one. And enjoy your stuff. -Chad D

It usually takes a good two years to build up a new rig. This one started 6 months ago when I called up the John’s at FBM about building a custom frame. I’ve had the same frame dimensions for the past 8 years, love it, and hate to think of having to stray from that. Combined with our machinist, Dave Fisher’s, attention to detail, I was lucky enough to get some dialed, custom mods added to the build accompanied by certain Deco components I can’t ride without. I’m a creature of habit, so thanks to Profile, FBM, and Deco for allowing those creature comforts.

Here is a different perspective as shot by Brian Stump AKA "Stumpy". When I asked him to stop out and snap a few shots he asked what I wanted. Pretty easy...just shoot it from your perspective and know there is no pressure to get that insane shot. Just capture some of it as most everything is video these days. So it was not easy I assume. Jam circle out front of my shop Mr. B's. With a wavy parking lot it was less than ideal but more of the gathering of riders, Kip as the MC, good food, some local grown beer, and a vibe that make most everyone want to ride or pull up a chair and enjoy. Plus a lot of people have never seen an organic flatland jam. People from all over the country and even as far as Korea. Huge thanks: Great turn out for the B side jam.
